How skipped tasks show in the progress bar

Skipped tasks are orange in the progress bar. Skipped tasks will count towards the total number listed next to the progress bar. In this case, two tasks were done and two were skipped, for a total of four.

Skipped tasks will also show in the audit log

To ensure transparency, just like when a user marks a task completed, we will log an entry to the checklist audit log when a user skips a task.
