Release in February 2026

February brings a noticeably faster Didit hub, smoother sync between Server and the Didit mobile apps,.

What’s new and improved?

Faster Search and Page Loads IMPROVED

If you have a lot of templates or checklists, you’ll feel this one straight away. We’ve rebuilt the search behind the template library and the checklist instance list to be dramatically faster, especially on instances with hundreds or thousands of items.

  • Faster, more relevant search results in both the template list and the checklist list.
  • Snappier list pages: We’ve trimmed how many items load at once, so opening the template list or the Didit hub feels lighter even before you start searching.
  • More predictable filters: Combined with the filter checklist instances feature shipped in August, finding what you need at scale is significantly faster.

Mobile and Web Stay in Sync IMPROVED

The Didit mobile apps now actively keep data up to date instead of waiting for a manual refresh.

  • Cross-device consistency: A change you make on mobile shows up in Jira or Confluence on the next sync, and vice versa, without anyone needing to “force refresh.”
  • Fewer conflicts: When the same checklist is touched from two places at once, Didit now resolves the difference predictably instead of letting the most recent click silently win.

Public-to-Private Confirmation Modals NEW

When you switch a checklist or a template from public to private, you now get a confirmation dialog explaining what will change before the switch takes effect. This pairs with the existing public access link feature: you can no longer accidentally invalidate a public link with a single misclick.
